- our security are trained in CPR and they have access to First Aid, AED and other medical devices
at or near their station that they will bring to your unit

6 - In Life Threatening Situations
- direct the Ambulance to go to Hospital Joya Marina in Jalisco. Their heart and stroke equipment are
better than Hospital Joya Riviera in Nayarit.
- don’t assume Medivac is an immediate option. Plan to be treated here until the hospital allows
the patient to leave, a plane is available and resources are available at home to receive the patient.

OVR maintains a 24-hour English Speaking Security service that can assist you in case of emergencies. Please contact them using the numbers above.
Please try to speak calmly and clearly when informing them of the problem.
Here are a few situations where you should contact Security as soon as possible:
- Medical emergency anywhere on OVR property
- Flooding in your unit or in common areas
- Unmonitored fire anywhere on OVR property
- Any suspicious activity such as a stranger trying to follow you onto the property or attempting to break into a unit
- Vehicle accident in the parking area
- No electricity in your entire unit but power is on elsewhere in the building
- Accidental damage you caused to common elements or another owner’s property
- Stolen or lost remote control for automobile entrance gate
